Great selection of cars and welcoming staff. I was forced to this location because the location on Wilmington St in Raleigh could not accommodate a short notice rental. I am very happy they did, this location was very inviting and each employee was willing to help in anyway possible.
The customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I didn't have long to wait when I arrived and the return was quick as well. It was important that return went quickly as I was returning the rental in the way back to work. My experience here made me regret ever going anywhere else. I recommend this location and company before going to anyone else. Pleasant experience.

I love renting from here. Mostly because it's in close proximity to my home, but also Enterprise is a step above other rental companies. Customer service is always great at this location. You pay a bit extra on the rental, but it's so worth it.
I walked out of there with a great car and a day or so later a phone call asking how I liked my vehicle. Great service and willingness to help a person in a jam. Thank you.
The staff here is always friendly. I have rented from here a few times and always get a very nice, clean car! If you can rent from here and avoid the airport rental places do it!!!
