The prices seem reasonable when you look at all the things they are going to do... Like clean rims, shine tires, prep front and back of car, etc etc. Then you watch them only clean one side of the cars wheels, no shine on tires, no prep on front of car, no brush on back of car just a sprayer. I don't think the different car wash levels mean anything to the employees. They just mindlessly wave a sprayer around and get water on your windshield so you can't see them NOT working.
Average car wash at a good price. They had a good car wash before the remodel. Fairly quick too.
I'm not quick to judge harshly, I work in the service industry and I realize everyone has bad days and maybe aren't in the customer service mood. However, the entire staff could use some customer service pointers. The first employee I encountered that was taking orders didn't even greet me - I greeted him. He waited impatiently for me to decide which wash I wanted and offered no advice when asked, and handed me my receipt without another word. When my car was done they called for me but no one walked me back to my car or asked if everything looked alright - a service level you generally receive when employees do all the work. The vacuum hose was hooked around my car door and I had to remove it myself, which isn't a big deal but I'd prefer not to touch your probably expensive equipment. I would've even tipped them had they asked if I was satisfied, but since no one was even around to tip I saved myself a few dollars. I don't expect miracles - I don't get my car cleaned real often. While my car was cleaned and vacuumed, it wasn't spectacularly done, the inside of my door still has mud on it.
they did an awesome kob on my whole truck and everyone here was all smiles and so happy!!
Something so simple like getting your car cleaned, still ended up confused and paying more for somerhing I believe should have came with the carwash like vaccuming the inside nevertheless paid the extra and still had to clean my own car from dirty visible spots... first time customer....last time customer....and not a single person said thank you for coming....oh well like said never again...
