I am a father of three children all under the age of ten. The staff was very understanding and patient as they worked with my children. They took the time to explained what they were going to do but not to me, to my children. This really made them very relaxed and able to enjoy the time there. One of my daughter's as we were leaving said "I love these dentist's, when can we come back?". I would highly recommend Lane and Associates.
I've been going here for 10 years and I still go here even though it takes me 40 minutes to get there now. These people are great. I needed to make a quick appointment due to my work schedule and Nocellia was able to see me right away. My only regret is writing a great review because there will be too many people there.
My 7 year old daughter and I had our first appointment at Dr. Lane's office in Fuquay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our dental hygienist, Crystal was awesome as well as our dentist, Dr. Howard. They made us feel comfortable and well cared for. Great Job! Thank you

Excellent customer service! Everyone was so wonderful, happy and kind! The care was phenomenal as well!!!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the Fuquay-Varina area. They go above and beyond to work around my family's crazy chaotic schedules and still manage to always fit us in, often on short notice! They always do an excellent job getting my sceptical 9y/o to relax and feel comfortable. He no longer fears the dentist!!!!! The front office staff is also very courteous, warm and inviting upon arrival. This place is just all around great so for anyone looking I recommend going here.
