Dr. O'Dowd has cared for our family for years. We had, for us, what would be considered a minor emergency. For Dr. O'Dowd, it would be considered routine. He met us at the office at 10:00 at night to help our 14 year old get through her complications. He was patient, kind, and never once made us feel as though we had just dragged him out of his home at 10:00pm! They are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
You don’t just recommend medicine which you are not sure of. Someone could lose their eye. If you are not sure about the cause please recommend to a different doctor. It’s someones eye sight. I understand you guys want the money. Never coming back here , just had to take my little sister to emergency Becacuse of the med you guys given made her eye infection worse.
Superb customer service. Excellent quality from start to finish. They make getting an exam and glasses very easy. Dr. O'Dowd was able to make an exam for my 7 year old a fun experience. She received a fancy gift bag for her new glasses with a pretty case and chocolates, making her feel happy about coming here. Angie was amazing!

Love both of the doctors at this practice. They both were wonderful when my 11 year old perforated her retina. They got her better in no time and were very compassionate and caring along the way. They also worked with us on a payment plan since our insurance did not cover some of the expenses. We will be going here for all of our eye care needs!
