We went there to get 10 16ft deck boards. There were 3-4 employees standing around talking to eachother, and occasionally glancing in our direction. No one bothered to ask if we needed help.

Don't ever buy countertops from Home Depot. I purchased mine two months ago. Paid in full in advance and they took three weeks to send someone out to measure because they "could not accomodate" my schedule. The stone company forgot to send the template to home depot or so Home Depot said. Finally I get an installation date for today. Two months later.

Re-keying lock....fantastic assistance....very friendly under stress...thank you!!!!

I just got a call from the mother tickets telling me that "human error" they put me for the week on their computer calendar even thought they wrote it for today on the notes and my countertops won't be ready until next week!!!

So here I am, a tiny, barely 100lb girl trying to help my boyfriend load these. I couldn't believe the lack of customer service, especially since I work in the customer service industry myself. I would be at the very least given a stern talking to by my employer if nothing else. The curly red headed cashier, however, was a sweetheart.

Jenn in appliances was super helpful! She spent almost 30 minutes helping us to pick out the right shower doors and components to go with it, as well as matching up a backsplash and mirror! She went above and beyond!! People like her will keep me coming back! The only complaint I have was with the lady at customer service - maybe Holly? Long blonde hair - older - lots of makeup - Was very rude and unhelpful. She truly seemed like she didn't want to be there or assist. She should probably be in another department with her demeanor. Otherwise, I was very happy with my experience!

My experience today with home depot was far lower than expectations. This leads me to think lowes is the better place to go. I went in to buy a few things and came across an item that seemed like a good deal. Unfortunately, when I went to the register the item did not ring up the way the tag price said. After bringing this to the paid associate I received an answer of "oh well". This unfortunately got on my nerves and I decided to walk the associate to the item meanwhile holding up other customers. After showing the associate the price and them telling me the whole entire box of the item was in the wrong spot they could not even show me where they belonged and I asked for the manager and the manager never showed after 15mins. I'm in the service industry and I expect better service.
