I will never stay at this place again they got bed bugs in 212 and it seems like they don't change the sheets on their bed. This place need to close down as soon as possible. And where is the elevator? I never stayed somewhere that don't have a elevator. I will definitely tell my friends and family never to stay here and prices are way to high. The health inspector need to examine that place asap. The only good thing about that place is they have a housekeeper name Kim who was very nice and respectful. But the place by it self is nasty
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! THE WORST HOTEL!!!!! DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!!!!!! We left here and went to a different hotel. The first room we got the toilet bowl backed up in the middle of the night we had to change rooms. The second room was just as bad. The shower body was not secured to the wall, the shower itself was dirty, shower curtain was filthy. Sheets were dirty. Fridge was molded so was the microwave. Dirty, dark and dingy. Food was left in a drawer. Shady people here. Watched a drug deal in the parking lot. Someone overdosed in one of the rooms. Not a place for children or anyone for that matter. It should be shut down. The Manger is an idiot too.
It is a great place to be. The staff is friendly and are always willing to help you in any situation. Moreover, the rooms are up to date and clean. They have a delicious meals every morning. I love this place!!!!
Room 211. Apparently they allow smoking in room. Didn't ask if we wanted a non smoking room. Room smelled badly of smoke. Bathroom smelled like a sewer. Dead insects between sheets. Frame around mirror falling off. Bare floors throughout, very sticky. TV didn't work (remote batteries?). Refrigerator didn't work and water leaked on floor from when it did work. Two stories, no elevator.
Room was nice and clean, had a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was sorely lacking, not well stocked and I could swear the waffle mix was watered down. All told, it was good for the price.
