Professional and attentive and loving my new roof.
I had been having trouble finding a roofer to do some roof repairs, just can't seem to get anyone out to look at the problem and give me an estimate. I called this company and immediately got an answer. The guy claimed to be the owner and was very friendly and professional and asked me to send him my home inspection report and that he would get me a quote the next day. I called two days later and got no answer, sent another email, and then called again two weeks later. No response. I guess he has too much big business to worry about small repairs so if that's what you need I would look elsewhere. Disappointed
Chris the owner came out the day of my phone call. He had the roof put on within 5 days of the initial contact. He worked with my insurance company to finalize the installation. With the local damage caused by the tornado/hail, im blessed to get my roof fixed right away with upgrades included. Some of my friends and neighbors hired out of state contractors that are like vultures. They are waiting months to get their roofs.
