called many times to rent here the person who answer the phone always change there story either the home is rented or it is still available but cant show it bc there is no one at the office left voicemail never got a call back and when they were suppost to call me back no one ever did. very bad service................. had to put the star just bc i could not post it
This is run by yes communities my suggestion is don't move into any trailer park mobile home park run by yes communities they are very dishonest they will take her money lie through their teeth it will take you 30 to 45 days to get your deposit back they will tell you they're going to put you in a brand new mobile home and put you in a 1998 mobile home that needs to be condemned I was moving from Michigan to North Carolina and that's what they did to me my opinion do not move into any mobile home park that is run by yes communities they are liars thieves and shysters
Trailer park is trash.
John, the new community manager, is awesome. He responds back to me in a timely manner and is very nice. You can tell that he genuinely cares about building the community.
