One star is actually overrated. Went to the store today, and had picked out some sandals for my granddaughter. As all other summer items, they were marked down with a price sticker on the box. When I got to the cash register the cashier was charging the original price. I pointed out that the item was on sale as indicated on the sticker. Another employee joined in, and pulled the sticker of the box, stating, that it shouldn't be marked down. I informed her of the false advertising law, but the staff didn't seem to know much about it. They didn't apologize or were trying to make up for this mistake in any other way. I will not shop there again.
Compared to other Shoe Show locations, this one is average.
While looking through the shoes I have another young man greet me asking if there was anything he could help me with ... very nice guy.
The moment we walked into Shoe Show we were nicely greeted by one of the sales staff in a very nice way. They has a large variety of shoes, many name brand athletic shoes like Puma, Nike, New Balance, etc. all discounted. They also carry a lot of no-name shoes which you need to really go through to find the gems.
If there is one thing I can say about this place is that they have awesome customer service!
The Lady was Awesome. I took my Granddaughter to get Shoes and found out one foot is a size bigger then the other.She was so Nice and Helpful. Hate I didn't get her name but I recommend you stop in and see her if you need shoes . I've never seen someone so helpful. She's a Blessing.
