Always are friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and affordable prices. We have dog's, cats and fish tanks so were their a lot.
To begin with I love PetSmart, their rewards program sends me the best coupons. However I'm only writing this review specifically for this store because the staff is super friendly, informative, and cooperative. This review is based off of many visits with multiple cashiers and manager/supervisors. I've been to other PetSmart's and the experience and customer service I receive at this store you just can't top.
I love going to this PetSmart. They always have what I need for my cats and their staff is always so friendly. From the moment you walk in the door they greet you and as you're walking in the aisles they ask if there's anything they can do to help you. It's going above and beyond in customer service to make sure that their customers are satisfied and that they are walking out a happy customer and I think that this PetSmart does a fantastic job that.
Store is always clean and neat which is a plus. The selection of items for my dog is what brings me here to buy supplies. But, even with their perks program and email coupons, their prices are still to high and are not offset by loyalty rewards. Tractor Supply has her brand of Wilderness dog food for $7 less per 11 pound bag.
I've been to this store many times I use to love it I go in this place atleast 2 or 3 times a week to get fresh worms or crickets and about the last month the worms need cpr and always short on how many crickets I'm payin for .....and the only thing I hear is o I'm sorry u had a bad VISIT....im sorry I kept hope this long things would change ..lookin somewhere new to get my food for my breaded dragon
