This repair shop is one of the truly good ones. These guys are experts. They are honest. They are reasonably priced. Recommend them without hesitation
I brought my car to Getz in May to get my head gasket fixed. They had my car for 3 weeks and then 4 days later my car broke down off the side of I-95. I have had another mechanic look at my car and the root of the problem with my car is a part that cost $42. Jack charged me $2700 to slap a band aid on the problem. An expensive band aid that didn't last long. I am taking him to court. He also gives priority to his friends and pushes their repairs ahead of PAYING customers. This place takes advantage of young single females. Be careful.
My wife and I have been going to Getz for years and couldn’t think of a better place to take our cars. Jack, Jon, Jason and the rest of the crew are very friendly, honest, reliable and knowledgeable. They are reasonably priced. In fact, we find getting work done there to be cheaper than most places. We just picked up our van from the shop today and couldn’t be happier. They made sure to get the work done quickly so we could have it for the holidays! We will continue to take our cars to Getz and always refer our friends and family.
These guys have worked on my moms car for about a year or so now, they have always done a great job at a great price. I just bought a Hummer H3 and was having leaking issues with the Sunroof drains, so I took it in and had it back the same day and no more leaks so far! I appreciate their good customer service and knowledge. I will always bring my truck here if I have an issue, because they quickly identify and fix whatever it may be.
Best customer service I have ever experienced at an auto repair shop. Let me first start by saying that I met Jon while he was off the clock in my place of business and told him all the problems that I was having with my powermax 150cc moped. he took the time to listen and invited me to bring it by anytime. the very next day I scooted over to Getz auto to drop my bike off for some repairs. very knowledgeable friendly and informative staff took my bike and welded a few issues that I was having and only charged me 33 bucks on a job that took well over 2 hours! the very next day I wrecked my bike and completely ruined my triple tree. it was a very hard part to get ahold of because it was a brand new bike but jon patiently worked with me to help me find it and I was able to send it directly to their shop which was another plus. after almost a whole day of work (which I called a few times to check up on the bike and by few I mean about 4 times) jon let me know that it was finished and never sounded irritated. they did a lot of custom work to make my moped ride able again including the owner jack Getz welding and manufacturing a washer for me and I scooted of that day a very happy customer with a super fair price of 155 dollars. needless to say if your reading my review take your mechanic needs here to getz auto. my bike was totaled but they never gave up. great work guys and I wish you the best and you have my business for life. if your reading this review you can trust these guys for all of your automotive needs.
