I dropped my car off after hours with a brief description of the issue. First thing in the morning, I was emailed a detailed report of the courtesy check performed by the technicians. It was very helpful in understanding what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed. A few minutes later, Maurice called to discuss the work order and we talked through the service that was to be provided. I picked up the car a few hours later and it runs great now.
